Senior Team Members
Anthony Cammallere
President and Founder
Anthony is the president and founder of T&K Contractors. Anthony and remodeling go back a long way. Inspired by his father, who could build or fix anything, Anthony started in the remodeling industry working as a part-time carpenter's helper while still in high school. The more he worked in the business, the more he loved it, so after school he entered the industry as a full-time carpenter.
As a master carpenter prior to starting T&K Contractors, Anthony had the opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with an accomplished architectural designer and, over a 9-year period, Anthony's creative side blossomed and he became a talented designer in addition to an accomplished master carpenter. Anthony credits his success in developing innovative and problem-solving designs for our NJ home remodeling & commercial clients to his intimate understanding of both the design and construction sides of remodeling. Anthony is able to fuse these two skill sets, which are generally separate disciplines, to tackle even the most challenging and complex build and remodeling projects with ease and flair. In fact, the more challenging the project, the more NJ contractor Anthony enjoys it.
Another thing that Anthony inherited from his father and mother is his understanding that just doing a great looking project is not enough; that projects must be done with the highest standards of quality and ethics and with superior service to the client.

Sal Cammallere
Director of Operations
Sal Cammallere, Anthony’s older brother, has been with T&K since 1980. Sal brought with him a variety of experience; he and Anthony both benefited from the “construction culture” in their family and the accumulated knowledge that came from learning from their family members, who were skilled in masonry, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and pretty much every aspect of building. In Sal’s words, “we did it all.”
Sal loves helping people improve their homes with exterior and interior renovations. “A person’s house is their most important possession,” he says, “and when we give our clients what they want, it’s like a Disney commercial… we help them make their dreams come true.” Though he is a people-person and interacting with clients is his favorite part of the job, he also enjoys hands-on construction work. Not content to work only during business hours, he enjoys helping his neighbors with projects around their homes… just for fun. He also enjoys training dogs, and currently has a Carne Corso Mastiff. He is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry and Remodelers Advantage.

Chris Olsen
Production Manager
Chris Olsen began working in the construction industry right out of high school, forming his own sheathing company with a friend in 1984. He later began working in new home construction before joining T&K Contractors in NJ. His favorite part of the job is making the customers happy and the satisfaction he gets from seeing the job through from the first step to the last. He has also enjoyed continuing his training, taking classes on varied topics in the remodeling industry. He is the youngest of four children in his family, and his brother Roy also works for T&K as a lead carpenter.
Chris likes giving back to the community, and is particularly proud of his work with T&K in coordinating and completing some pro bono construction work for the local police force as well as T&K’s work with Habitat for Humanity. Chris loves fishing and football and spending quality time with his family.

Roy Olsen
Lead Carpenter
Roy Olsen is T&K’s most senior lead carpenter working on various home remodeling and commercial projects in Central NJ. A lead carpenter manages many aspects of the project they are working on in addition to being the senior carpenter on the job. Roy started working as a junior carpenter during summers when he was in high school and discovered a love for working with his hands and putting things together. After graduation, he started working in the industry full-time. In addition to the satisfaction he gets from building and seeing homes completed, Roy also enjoys working with homeowners; explaining what is happening on the job and answering any questions they might have. He has been working in the industry for 27 years, 22 of those years with T&K, and he still loves his job.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Roy’s grandfather was also a carpenter and it is thought that that is where he got his passion for building and remodeling homes. His brother Chris also works with T&K as a production manager. Roy enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and is a longtime NASCAR fan. Before his daughter came along, he used to relax working on cars.
